I’ve spent over a decade building websites, organizing systems, optimizing SEO, and playing around with new tools. But I didn’t start as a “tech person.” I started as someone who got frustrated—frustrated with broken workflows, tools that didn’t make sense, jargon-filled advice, and feeling behind.
Over time, clients began telling me the same thing:
