I’m not your typical tech person, and that’s the point.
I grew up in Baltimore, travled around the west, and built my career by translating tech for real people, not tech bros. Over the past decade, I’ve redesigned websites, rebuilt systes, organized workflows, taught AI literacy, and helped small business owners finally feel at home online.
I didn’t start as a tech expert. I started as someone who was tired of confusing tools, jargon filled tutorials, and feeling like simple things shouldn’t be so hard. Over time my clients started saying the same thing:
“Chelsey, youyou're my website fairygodmother!”
“Why has nobody told me this before?”
“You need to be a teacher.”
So that is what I became. A bridge between the tech world and the everyday humans who actually need to use it.

My mission is simple: I help small business owners in Baltimore and across Maryland create websites and systems that feel clear, calm, and built for real life. I believe strategy should feel human, technology should feel accessible, and your website should grow with you instead of holding you back.
I love working with smart, capable women, especially those 34 and up who have built their business with grit, heart, and pure determination. You know your way around tech basics, you’ve DIY’d your site, but now your business is growing faster than your systems.
Tools are changing. AI is everywhere. You’re expected to update your site, improve SEO, understand analytics, and stay on top of everything without a guide.
If you’ve ever felt:
You are exactly who I built Sidler Studios for.
I wear a few hats. But everything I do supports one goal: helping small business owners understand and use technology in a way that feels simple and supportive, not overwhelming.
Here are some of the ways I help clients in Baltimore, Maryland, and across the US:
Everything is rooted in you. Your pace, your goals, your capacity.
When you invite someone into your systems, you deserve a guide who understands both technology and people. Alongside a decade of real world experience, I hold:
But what matters most is this:
I care about helping small business owners feel confident with their websites, their tools, and their tech.
You are not just getting a strategist.
You are getting someone who listens, adjusts, and supports you until everything makes sense.

Think of me as your digital contractor/fairy godmother. I assess what you have, understand what you want to build, and help you move into the next version of your business with clarity and confidence.
If you’re ready for a website that reflects your expertise, or you simply want tech to feel easier, let’s take the next step together.
