The Process
Start with a free 20-minute call. No pressure. Just seeing if this fits.
If it does, we do a 90-minute Strategic Intake ($500). This is where I learn your business and we figure out what's structural versus what's noise. Then you choose a container.
Everything happens in a structured portal (learning center, assignments, messaging) and Google Meet sessions. Clear boundaries. Clear structure. No scattered communication.

Single Sessions

A one-time call. No commitment. No portal. Just bring your question and I'll help you think it through. Good for testing the fit before you decide on a container or if you genuinely just need one thing answered clearly.
Light Coaching
5 months/ 1 session per month
$600/mo
This is the main container. Monthly sessions, portal (learning center, assignments, messaging support), strategic sequencing. Steady guidance without being in constant contact. For people who need someone in their corner but don't need daily check-ins.
Intensive Coaching
3-5 mo/ 2 sessions per month
$1,100/mo
Deeper work during real transitions. Full portal, business mapping, structured assignments, messaging between sessions. Higher-touch when you're navigating growth, burnout, or realignment. Someone holding the whole picture while you figure out what matters.
What This Is Not
I'm not a therapist. I'm also not available 24/7 or your crisis hotline. Coaching is guidance - you bring the work, I help you see what's broken versus what's just uncomfortable, and we figure out what deserves your attention.
How I Work
This is 1:1 only. I take a limited number of coaching clients at a time because I refuse to spread myself thin and half-ass the work.
This is designed for thoughtful, long-term movement. Not quick fixes. Not performative breakthroughs. Just steady clarity over time with someone who's actually paying attention.

What if I'm not sure which coaching tier is right?
That's what the free consultation is for. We talk through where you are and what you actually need. If you're still not sure after that, book a standalone session and test it out. No pressure.
What happens during the intake session?
We go through your business, your goals, your vision, what's getting in your way, and what your soul-level dreams are. I need to understand where you are right now and where you're trying to go so I can plan the container, assignments, and checkpoints that actually help you get there.
Is this SEO coaching?
No. I'm happy to answer questions, but SEO coaching is a separate service. If you want to learn SEO and have me teach you, check out the SEO coaching page.
What if I need website implementation?
Also not included. I'm happy to talk strategy and answer basic questions, but coaching is for you as a person and entrepreneur. If you want me to build or redesign your website, that's a separate service. Check out the website redesign page.
What happens after my coaching ends?
Most of the time, you fly out of the nest. If you want continued support, you can book more sessions or keep going with coaching. I'm always here for my clients. We'll talk about what makes sense when you're done and figure it out together.
